Can I order tile samples?

We can send samples in the UK for free of charge. Please click your chosen colour on the tile you are interested in and press ‘add to cart’. The site will then ask you to provide delivery details.

Can I order single tiles or do I have to purchase full boxes?

It depends on the tile you are interested in. Some of them are sold individually and some of them in full boxes. Enquire further by emailing us on info@materialplans.com or by calling 01273478965.

What payment types do you accept?

You can pay by bank transfer and we also accept Visa, Maestro and Mastercard.

Could I return any unused tiles?

Due to the cost of haulage and the increased risk of the tiles being damaged in transit, Material Plans do not offer a return policy on unused tiles.
